An immersive theatrical performance.
A mystical journey into Russia like you’ve never seen it, based on the unfinished novel “Dubrovsky” by the nation’s most cherished poet and novelist Alexander Pushkin.
“Black Russian” invites you to a historic 19th century mansion in the heart of Moscow, where you’ll be given a mask and instructed to follow one of the characters on an interactive journey.
An impressive production compiling choreography, song, neoclassical music and video art, directed by one of the most avant-garde Russian contemporary theatre directors Maxim Didenko, known for his unorthodox and postmodernist productions. Produced by interactive theater visionary – “Ecstátic” (creative producers Daria Zolotukhina and Elena Novikova).
Heralded by GQ, Vogue and others as the most important theatrical event of the season.
