MAXIM IS A THEATRE DIRECTOR ORIGINALLY FROM OMSK, EDUCATED IN ST. PETERSBURG
His background and techniques are very much attached to the experience he gained in physical theatre company DEREVO (St Petersburg / Dresden), where he was a performer, dancer and collaborator for 5 years. He continues to improve technics he gained in his teaching further throughout the years
Being profound theatre director and staging in numerous theatres around the world, Maxim is also interested in teaching where he gives an opportunity to participate to anyone who is open to explore new practices

CLASSES ARE TAILORED TO THE ABILITIES AND DYNAMICS OF THE GROUP, BUT ALWAYS MEET THE KEY PRINCIPLES:

Liberation: we will work with the body and movement, studying our inner dance and begining to express emotions the way we want here and now through our body

Work with partners: we will overcome the fear of contact with another person through mastering new ways of communicating without words

Internal state: let's learn to look inside ourselves and understand who we are, what we feel and what we really want
Anyone who wants to try something new. But if you are already interested in dance, stage work, or you have a desire to understand more about yourself, then the intensive course is definitely for you. As Maxim himself says, this is a health intensive, which means there are no strict frameworks, everything depends on you.

LENGTH OF THE COURSE
Minimum 2 days (16 hours overall)
Maximum 6 days (8 hours a day including one hour lunch break)
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Studio or any theatrical space approximately 100 m2
Ideally with dance floor (subject to negotiations)
