CLASSES ARE TAILORED TO THE ABILITIES AND DYNAMICS OF THE GROUP, BUT ALWAYS FOLLOW THREE KEY PRINCIPLES:

-
Liberation: we will work with the body and movement, exploring our inner dance and learning to express emotions through the body, here and now
-
Working with partners: we will overcome the fear of contact with another person by mastering new ways of communicating without words
-
Inner state: we will learn to look inside ourselves and understand who we are, what we feel and what we really want
Anyone who wants to try something new. If you are already interested in dance or stage work, or want to understand more about yourself, the intensive is definitely for you. As Maxim puts it, this is a “health intensive”: there is no rigid framework, and everything depends on you.
To see how the classes work and what participants say about them, watch this video from Gogol School, one of many places around the world where Maxim has taught.
